ICT are a new life style that brings you all the information and the entertainment you might need but if you do not take it with a critique view it could be a dangerous tool.

According with ICT everybody can get information very quickly; everybody in everywhere can connect with the world in a minute, every type of knowledge is on the web, so people can download the type of information that they need. People can create relationships and friendships with people of other countries. If something happens in Europe, in United States, Africa, Asia, in the entire world, you can know it in a minute, the information runs so quickly so if something happens in five minutes you can know it, social network brings you these tools.

It sounds cool, the entire world with the entire world, but the bad point is that some places in the world are not on the web, it means, there are many places that cannot get information and do not have all the devices that let you access with the world information.

Bogotá and Cali (two Colombian cities with all the technology and two cities that are connect all the time) there are some places that do not have real information, South of Tolima is between them, this place is a poor Colombian region with many economics troubles, the population have to live with FARC and Colombian Army. Between Bogotá, Medellin and Cartagena, happens the same that in south of Tolima, but the Cocaine business is living with the people, so there are many rich people and there are many poor people, but the pool people do not have the money enough for can get information and can live in the knowledge world.

If somebody wants to live with ICT is necessary have the devices for do it, but people don’t have the money for can get it, these devices are expensive.Other point is there is much information on the web and people only read the first they search and do not get other kind of information so they do not think if it may be wrong.

People behind of ICT or on the technology world and mass media shows you what they want to show you, for that reason the government has to work with TV channels. And people only watch one face of the news.

This writing doesn’t mean ICT are bad, what the text means is people have to learn to use the ICT, for that reason people have to create polities that let to everybody create a link with ICT and the critique view, teacher must to teach in the schools that compared one new with other one is a good exercise for can understand the economics and social problems around the world.

The idea is that people can get what they need, so people can live according with they needs.

For that reason professors and everybody that life a social education context should take participation in every political demonstration for can teach a critique point of view to children and teenagers.
